  • Mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 cup of raw oats, 1/2 cup of skimmed milk, 1 cup of plain and low-fat yogurt, 1 – 2 teaspoons of white sugar and 1 mashed banana in a blender.

  3. Always remember that intake of cinnamon alone will not help you to lose weight, you have to follow some healthy diet and regular exercises to achieve your desired weight.
  4. It has blood thinning (anti-clotting) properties that interact with some medications. So, consult your doctor before using this cinnamon for weight loss.
