6. SOUR CREAM AND PLAIN YOGURT HAIR MASK

Yogurt, milk, cheese and sour cream contain lactic acid that reverses the effects of damage hair and removes dirt from the scalp. Cheese can be smelly; the best choice is sour cream and plain yogurt. Mix equal parts yogurt and sour cream. Apply this mixture in damp hair (damp the hair with warm water) and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse the hair with cold water. You can do this treatment twice a month.
