The menu is:
For breakfast on the first and eighth day, you’ll have black coffee/tea; lunch will consist of two hard-boiled eggs, romaine lettuce sprinkled with olive oil and one or two tomatoes; and for dinner you’ll eat boiled or steamed fish and romaine lettuce sprinkled with olive oil.

– 3. For breakfast on the third and tenth day, you’ll have coffee; lunch will consist of a boiled egg and 3 boiled carrots; and for dinner you’ll eat 2 apples.
– 4. For breakfast on the fourth and eleventh day, you’ll have coffee; lunch will consist of a large root of fennel fried in olive oil; and for dinner you’ll eat 2 hard-boiled eggs, broiled beef steak and romaine lettuce.
– 5. For breakfast on the fifth and twelfth day, you’ll have one fresh carrot, sprinkled with lemon juice; lunch will consist of broiled, steamed or boiled fish and 2 cups of tomato juice; and for dinner you’ll eat broiled, steamed or boiled fish and romaine lettuce with olive oil.
– 6. For breakfast on the sixth and thirteenth day you’ll have coffee; lunch will consist of broiled chicken breast, steamed carrots; and for dinner you’ll eat 2 hard-boiled eggs and fresh sliced carrot with lemon juice dressing.
– 7. For breakfast on the seventh and fourteenth day you’ll have tea; lunch will consist of broiled beef steak and fruit and for dinner you can choose to eat any of the previous dinners, except from day 3.
