Many people around the world struggle with losing weight. While dieting is most practiced way to do it, it only gives short-term results.

Sassy water is the creation of the journal and the educated dietician, Cynthia Sas.
She faced obesity after childbirth and tried to find an effective solution to help not only herself, but other women who try to lose weight as well. Thus, she created the recipe for the water which later she patented.
Here we present the Sassy water recipe:
2 liters of filtered or boiled cold water, to which you will add:
1 teaspoon grated ginger root,
1 medium cucumber cut into slices,
1 lemon sliced
5-7 fresh mint leaves or 1 teaspoon dried, which can be found in any pharmacy.
Mix it well and store it in the refrigerator in a glass or plastic bottle. Before you drink it this water must stay for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator.
It is advisable to prepare it in the evening so that you can consume It first thing in the morning. Continue to drink it during the day in small amounts. You don’t have any food restrictions.
Even though it is very healthy, Cynthia doesn’t recommend the water to
be drunk during pregnancy and lactation. It also shouldn’t be drunk if
you suffer from gastritis or ulcers due to increased acidity, or if you
have allergies to any of the ingredients.
For best results, combine drinking Sassy water and exercising. This way the water helps to release the excess weight, and exercises restore the firmness and elasticity of muscles and skin.
