LEMON JUICE

VASELINE

The immense oily cream made out of petroleum jelly is just the right thing for cracked feet! Massage it gently on your feet and for the best possible effect, put on cotton socks right after and go to bed. Rinse your feet in the morning and repeat the procedure every night before going to bed.

SUGAR SCRUB

You can make your own DIY homemade exfoliating scrub, mixing equal parts of olive oil and brown sugar. Massage yourself with the scrub, focusing on the roughest parts of your feet the most. Rinse the scrub off after half an hour and be amazed by the touch of your skin!

OLIVE OIL

The moisturizing properties of this specific oil have been exploited in the beauty industry, and it can be very useful with cracked feet as well. you should make a mixture of olive oil, few drops of lavender oil just for essence and aroma and one squeezed large lemon, to boost the effect.  Apply on your feet before going to bed for getting the best results.

MILK

Because of richness with Vitamin A among the other nutrients, milk is great for skin regeneration. The lactic acid that it contains can also shed the dead cells from your feet while the Vitamin A will promote the growth of new, healthy cells. Mix a cup of milk with warm water and soak your feet inside, as long as the mixture gets cold. No need to rinse afterwards!

HONEY

You can make a soak with warm water and honey as well, to get your dead skin softer.

SESAME OIL

Sesame contains a high amount of Vitamin E, as well as 3 other types of acid! That’s why it is good to use it for skin care. For cracked feet, you should first soak your feet in warm water for about 15 minutes, and then rub sesame oil on them, putting cotton socks afterwards. In this way, the oil will get absorbed faster.

TURMERIC
