The majority of people nowadays struggle greatly to protect their hair from both internal and external factors, such as the sun, pollution, dust, environmental irritants, the use of gels, sprays, hair styling products, excessive washing, hot water hair rinses, blow dryers, and poor hair care hygiene. However, hair will undoubtedly enhance one's beauty and elegance.
Split ends are the result of the protective covering of the hair cuticle being worn off by a lack of moisture and nutrients brought on by heat, chemical, or mechanical stress.
The prevalent hair issue that mostly affects women, particularly those with dry or frizzy hair, is split ends. The slit(s) at the hair shaft's end make styling difficult.
Trimming the hair is one best way to remove these split ends. If left untrimmed then it continues to split up the hair and finally leads to hair loss. You have to follow some natural remedies which not only control this problem but also improve the hair strength and prevent its recurrence.
