You can drastically lower your risk of getting sick if you adopt a healthy lifestyle and maintain a healthy weight. This article contains a 5-day diet plan created by a European cardiologist. Eggs are the main source of protein in this diet. It is therefore advised that you purchase only organic fruits and vegetables, as well as eggs.
The 5-day diet is budget and straightforward to understand. You are going to have the same breakfast each day, which is one piece of any fruit (except grapes or bananas because they include a lot of sugar). If you eat berries, a handful is an amount you will need to consume.
