Recipe for ginger tea


  • ¼ ground ginger
  • ¼ ground turmeric
  • 1 cup of water
  • Some coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. raw organic honey


Boil water and then add the ginger and turmeric. Let this simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove it from the heat and add the coconut milk. Once it cools off, add raw honey as much as you’d like.
