To make cabbage compress, you will need:

Red cabbage

Aluminum foil


Preparation: Remove the outer leaf of the cabbage and wash it with water. Leave it to dry and cut the hard stem. Then, use a rolling pin over the leaf to release the juice. Afterwards, wrap it in the foil and warm it in the oven for a bit. Put it onto the painful area and attach it with gauze. Take it off after 60 minutes.

Repeat the treatment two times per day.
