Drinking and drinking. I know this is the basic one, but many of us forget how important it is to take such an amount of water and hydrate the body. You know water is sooo essential; it has so many benefits that do not only help you to get those flawless, fresh skin.
For me, once I get out of bed first thing first that I never miss is drinking water. I like to make some lemon water, but if you’re too lazy nothing wrong with the water. Start your body with drinking and hydrating your insides it is so much more important, guys, so keep and stay hydrated guys.
3. Establish a Simple Skincare Routine
It is totally basic, guys, you won’t get look glowing or renewed if you do nothing to take care of your skin.
For me exfoliating really help me to get renewed fresh skin when I wanna go with a bare face besides the skincare regime like cleanser, moisturizer, serum, etc.
And as you know, exfoliation is key if you want the rest of your skincare products to work at their best, you can do it twice a week. I like using pixie skin peel and polish, it is really game-changing for my skin.
Now it’s time for a mask; when you’re going bare face hydrating your face is a must, It will keep moisture in for thirsty skin. Use your handy face mask brush to apply the gel mask on your face for about ten minutes and then remove it.
