Tartar is a form of hardened dental plaque on the teeth which can result in periodontitis if left untreated. The usual treatment for the problem includes a visit to your dentist, but you should know that there is a simple way to remove tartar safely at home.
Here’s what you need for the procedure:
- Toothbrush
- A cup
- Dental pick
- Antiseptic mouth wash
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Water
- Hydrogen peroxide
Instructions
Mix a tablespoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl, then dip a wet toothbrush in the mixture and rub it on your teeth. Continue with the process for 5 minutes. Next, fill a cup with hydrogen peroxide and mix it with half a cup of warm water then rinse your mouth with the solution and spit it out in the end. Rinse with half a cup of cold water afterwards.
Now, rub the yellow tartar on your teeth carefully with a dental pick,
then rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouth wash. Repeat the
procedure every couple of days for best results.

Strawberries and tomatoes
Both strawberries and tomatoes are rich in essential nutrients such as vitamin C which is great for your oral health.
