GYAN MUDRA FOR HEALING (MUDRA OF KNOWLEDGE):

The first mudra is Gyan mudra or The Mudra of Knowledge. Here’s what you need to do – sit in a lotus posture and keep your hand on your knee. Touch your thumb tip with your index finger tip and keep the remaining three fingers free like straight or close. People, this mudra will help you relax your mind and it will improve the ability to concentrate. It will also keep you brain power sharp and smart. And, one last thing – its regular practice will help you reduce stress and depression. 


VAYU MUDRA (MUDRA OF AIR):

Directions – fold your index finger towards your palm. Then, press with the base of thumb. And now, you need to extend the other three fingers – as much as possible. The experts say that this mudra will help you eliminate the excessive gas from your body. It will also provide instant relief with flatulence, constipation, cervical spondylitis, arthritis etc.

PRITHVI MUDRA FOR HEALING (MUDRA OF EARTH):


How to perform the Prithvi mudra – touch the tip of your ring finger with tip of thumb and then pressing the both fingers with each other then kept the remaining fingers extended out. It will help you balance the element of Earth in your body, lose weight, proper blood circulation, digestion rate and vitamin deficiency associated problems.


AGNI MUDRA (MUDRA OF FIRE):


The Agni mudra is connected with the fire element in your body. Directions – close the ring finger towards palm and press second phalanx with thumb base and rest of the fingers keep extend out side like straight. Ladies and gentlemen, practice this mudra early in the morning with empty stomach.
